We spent years making high-stakes decisions with data — budgets, risks, trade-offs — inside corporate finance. The difference between a sound decision and a costly one usually came down to one thing: whether the reasoning was structured and documented before the commitment was made.Property investing didn't work that way. Advice was opaque. Recommendations were opinion. And once the deal was done, the reasoning was gone with it.
East Point was built to change that — a buyer's agency that runs on the same discipline we applied in finance. A documented framework. Consistent analysis. A clear record of every judgment we make.The name says East — where the light arrives first. The standard we hold ourselves to is the same: clarity before the decision, not explanation after.

We’re CPA Australia qualified finance professionals with over a decade of corporate finance experience across multinational companies. Our backgrounds in FP&A, commercial strategy, analytical decision-making gives us a different lens from a traditional buyer’s agent.
With Tony’s licensed buyer’s agent expertise and close to a decade of real estate experience, East Point brings corporate-grade analysis to every property decision.
